Hot key to launch LPEX Editor

I usually use the COBOL Editor, but some operations are easier to do in LPEX, so it would be handy to easily launch the LPEX editor with a hotkey when I need. Now I need to right click the file, and find the LPEX editor, which is more clumpsy
