Message lost after TPIPE WAIT-H and ERE

TPIPE goes into a WAIT-H. /DIS TMEM supermember TPIPE ALL after an IMS ERE shows that the qcnt has gone down by one. The ERE resulted in a lost message, which should not be lost.
