EGL Rich UI: Revise Organize Imports dialog

In the Organize Imports dialog, the egl.rui.widgets should precede those for DoJo, Silverlight, and other technologies. (In relation to Button, DoJo.widgets.Button is displayed first.) Also, one entry should be highlighted at all times.
