Specify timeout by transaction

In CICS timeout can only be set globally and cannot set for specific transaction or transaction group. This will be of limitation to use timeout option. In addition, the transaction timed out is not purged.

Remove the requirement for a transid to be specified so programs can be routed

Programs cannot be routed by CICS by their name alone. A transaction ID that can be routed also has to be specified. This restriction in some cases forces the use of a customised routing program to route programs dynamically.
