Identify unused variables at 01 level with no subordinates

In IDz if I right click in the source code of a Cobol program and choose Refactor/Identify Unused variables, it doesn't identify those that are not at an 01 level.

RDz client should bring EXEC SQL INCLUDEs in addition to COPY statement files when "Show Expanded Source" is selected.

In RDz client 9.5 when a COBOL program is brought into COBOL editor, selecting "Show Expanded Source" does not bring in the EXEC SQL INCLUDEs. It only brings the files indicated by COPY statements.
