/STO TMEMBER to a SMQ BACKEND doesn't work

The command /STO TMEMBER to SMQ backend member doesn't work. If you do a display command you can see the status ‘STOPPED' in the SMQ backend but the backend member continues accepting traffic. This command works correctly on the frontend OTMA member.
