    I am trying to have the Omegamon situation alert fire off two or more zOS commands. Depending on the conditions, the situation alert would fire and take an action. The action would be more than one zOS command being submitted to process.

    In OMEGAMON/Classic, it is nice to have a ZOOM function of the trace entry to view the elements of trace function

    CICS systems programmers can verify more details of that issue if they need. This is certainly a betterment of quality of support for any datacenter.

    Support for SSH Monitoring

    SSH has recently become part of the operating system as of z/OS 2.2. SSH provides a secure form of remote connection to systems and/or appliances. Omegamon for Mainframe Networks does not currently provide monitoring support specifically for SSH.

    External security manager (ESM) should be the only way to secure the product. The internal security feature should not be provided as default. The product should not be operative without any security.

    It will help ensure our mainframe sites must comply with the internal security audit standards.
