ZD&T Fixed/Term License Renewals are not clearly visible in LKC, nor are the licenses available until the day after the current/existing licenses expire.

Offer the creation of the user to manage the zVDT instance when the instance is deployed. (ibmsys1, ibmsys2, etc)
