When an operation is restarted, nothing currently in the EQQAUDIT report or in the EQQMLOG documents what TYPE of restart command was used (RERUN, RC, SJR, FSR, FJR, etc) and what type of restart (STEP restart, JOB restart) and the selected step for the restart (if any).
