NOEVENP/NOLXPRF rules suboption. Distinguish between user source program and copy member item definition

To decide to issue a return code 12 or 04 when the IGYDS1348-W/IGYPA3084-W warning occurs, it is necessary to distinguish whether the definition of the data item appears directly in the user source program or was included in the program from a copy member respectively. The same difference is made in the NOUNREFALL rule between a data item defined in the user source program or included in the program from a copy member.

    Hello,
this would allow to clean up the sourcecode more easily:
Every developer is reasonable for its own code, so a cleanup is easy,
and copy books are normally shared, so a cleanup sounds like a "new project".
