It allows to submit an ad hoc job (defined in OPC database or not). Currently it doesn't allow to submit an ad hoc job from Dynamic Workload Console. It should allow to submit an ad hoc job from Dynamic workload console web interface.

Why is it useful? -> It will allow an ad-hoc job be run from override JCL in user's PDS/PS. Who will be benefited? All users How does it work currently? - Currently, as attached 'Search' button doesn't pull the JCL from a PDS.
