IDz Table views to have filters directly in column and provide search for tables

Direct filters on columns will provide quick results which sometimes is what's only needed. Same with the ability to quickly search a Table.

improvment in carma view subfolder refresh mechanism

carma view displays wrong extentions to member and unsynchronized members list in carma view and search view, if changed.the only way to refresh the view is to refresh directly the parent folder.holding the members.
