Proposal for a new C5(MSG) CICS Translator suboption to produce a warning message instead of runtime abend due to excessive COMMAREA length

In new CICS releases the LINK program using a COMMAREA > 32 K produces LENGERR abend. Mitigating the abend to a warning message would facilitate the process to a newer CICS versions (>v5.4).
