When a component is installed give the customers the option to not install tables with no real usage or reporting built into the software and add to the documentation that these tables are just "nice to haves".

Separate out the IDAA Addition from the DB2 Component

Most customers don't have IDAA installed and the addition of this feature is unnecessary unless requested. Adding in the tables for it is just a waste of resources, and dasd.
