Provide comprehensive Documentation on how the Product works, such as a Redbook.

Presently the IzPCA documentation is mainly about how to install and run the software, or how to be a Capacity Planner, not how the product actually functions.   Without comprehensive documentation, customers have to depend on the vendor for ongoing support.

    Other documentation ideas:
Centralize the Documentation on the Lookup tables - Support Staff will better be able to determine how and why to update the Lookup tables.

    Other documentation ideas:
Need a better understand of what these very large tables, such as the DB2_ENDUSER_* tables, are used for given they use 1000s of Cyls of dasd. With a better understanding of usage customer can decide if the tables are even needed. And drop them if not.
Provide Documentation on Tables For Which No Reports exist and their Usage (It would help with the management of the Data Base and dasd usage, and purge of the data. )

There are no plans currently for a Redbook. However we are looking at improving the documentation and welcome input as it is being developed, including addtional material such as videos for providing guidance and education.
As there are several Ideas open around Documentation, we will consolidate the requests into a single Idea
