History collection for Enclave Detail attributes in OM XE on z/OS

Enclave Detail attributes cannot be used to create situations or collect history. Customer wants to use that attributes in custom query to create custom report/workspace.

Issue when doing DEBUG on Batch EGL programs from RBD
