Can you please clarify the following statements a bit more?
The our requirement is to block, during the compilation phase, through the implementation of a user exit, the only uninitialized variables declared as numeric"
ie what is use case to differenziate message IGYCB7311-W based on tipology of field definition?
May we know why you need to do the above? What sort of application/business need are we trying to solve with the above?

Can you please provide more information on the description of this RFE ie what sort of issue are you encountering with your bigger application related to this RFE; and why you would need this RFE implemented?
