this is related GDPS CPC ops - need more clarity and tracking ability when IBM SA netview started , GDPS is initialized, CPC ops - why SA HW interface not able intialize properly, i hardly see any messages why its not connected, sometimes it shows green, all connected to CPCs this will help in identifying the problem , also to plan any standard actions like LOAD,IPL,ACTIVATE etc using GDPS panels.

GDPS 4.1 Missing FlashCopy Devices Information

The information from VPCPFCSO panel does not provide the device number of the tertiary copy which is what we are interested in. Under GDPS 3.14, we can obtain the tertiary DASD info from GDPS under FCQueryS from VPCPQSH1 panel under DASD REMOTE COPY.

LCP: tagging/untagging using script or NetView command

Currently, the only way a capture can be tagged or untagged is from panel VPCPLCS0. Being able to take these actions using a NetView command or a GDPS script would help develop unattended procedures.

CC Quiesce for Planned HS

At a Planned HS and if GDPS detects CC's I would like to get an WTOR with the Information how many CC are active and the options Quiesce HS, Abort HS, Cancel CC's or Repeat the WTOR to see if there are more or less CC's active.
