Offer a way to expand copybooks "inline" - inside of a program - rather than only allowing us to open them in separate eclipse views

RDz to add variable declaration when new variable used in code

Have RDz ask me if I want to add a variable declaration when I add a new variable in a line of code (COBOL). If I say yes, it would need to prompt me if I want to add it a copybook or to working storage section.
