TAAM should not rely on the name of the STC to ignore DB2 data sets

TAAM by design does not process DB2 data sets. However in order to ignore these data sets, TAAM rely on the name of the DB2 STC. If this name is the default one, everything is fine however if the name has been customized by the customer then TAAM allocates control blocks to be able to manage those datasets. If the number of files es low, nothing is noticed but if the number of files is large, the control blocks use memory assigned to DB2 and can cause DB2 to crash.
The proposed solution nowadays is to add "DD AOBYPASS" when DB2 starts. This is not acceptable as a long term solution because a customer can not be responsible of TAAM behavior if DB2 STC names has been customized with valid names. There is a risk that someone removed at any time the DD AOBYPASS in DB2, because it is unrelated to DB2, causing a crash in DB2.
The request is for TAAM to avoid touching DB2 data sets regardless the DB2 STC name chosen by the customer.
