Multiple GLO2123I messages caused multiple incident ticket to be created

DBS Bank is using GLO2123I messages to automatically create an incident record in the incident/event management system however due to multiple GLO2123I messages generated by TAAM, i.e. one message per action taken caused multiple incident records created in the incident/event management system. example are given here. We understand that this is the way product is designed but would like to request for product enhancement to create a single message per job for the summary of action taken. Thanks.
