Provide dataset allocation factor to TAAM for z/OS

UBISS is a CA ALLOCATE user. We want to substitute it with our TAAM and we need to match the following functionality .
CA Allocate has a function that allows to allocate a dataset starting from the characteristics and definitions of another existing dataset.
When they want to clone and environment it is possible to change the size od the new datasets by providing a factor (percentage) that allows to allocate the dataset grater or smaller respect to the initial dataset.
CA ALLOCATE allows to filter the dataset where this factor has to be applied :
I have attached an example of the CA ALLOCATE rule that customer is using .

In the example, when the customer decides to clone an environment, variable " C0 " is set as per the following:

&C0 = 'FASE DI CLONAZIONE'

so during the allocation phase of the new files, this rule get control:

IF &C0 = 'FASE DI CLONAZIONE' THEN DO
IF (&ACCT_JOB EQ 'ALLARGA' AND &JOB EQ 'LOMALLAR') THEN DO
SET &PRIMARY = (&PRIMARY * 7)

and the primary space is calculated as 7 times the initial value.

To underline that we are allocating a new empty dataset.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Storage
Product - Tivoli Advanced Allocation Management for z/OS

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Tivoli
    Product family - Storage
Product - Tivoli Advanced Allocation Management for z/OS
