Bring IBM AD Source checks in Line with IBM Compilers

IBM AD used as analysis and cross reference tool.

When adding source code some code is not added into the repository because it fails IBM AD syntax checking.

All the code loaded is from production libraries and the code passed the IBM compilers already.

It shouldn't be that an analysis tool has stricter checks than the actual mainframe compiler and thus excluding sources from analysis/referencing.
