Optimization to check the Cross-Application boxes in AD Configuration Service Admin

We would like to have the possibility of checking the box to add Cross-application in projects at once (without going through all the projects).

Or that the box is checked by default when creating the project.

Or have a MS-DOS command line to automatically check the Cross-Application box when creating the project.
