Update Synchronise process to advise the status of each stage and clearly highlight any failures rather than just having them hidden in the middle of the logs

This will be useful as it will provide a single location to identify if any parts of the synchronise process has failed. It will be of benefit to anyone who uses the synchronise process as it will enable either manual or automatic checking of the status of each synchronise process. It should work as a minimum by ensuring that the SynchroniseMembersProgress log file provides a status update after each stage with an overall status status check as the last entry.
