This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Z Software products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Many enhancements have been provided in the CICS PA 5.2 plug-in as detailed above. We also published a document on how to automate the loading of data to DB2 for use by the CICS PA plug-in.
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg27041902
The CICS PA plug-in is intended to be complimentary to the ISPF and Batch interface of CICS PA to enable visualization of data and highlighting of problems using statistics and performance alerts. As such it is not
intended to replace the ISPF/Batch interface. Note that you can generate your report JCL and save it in a PDS and then use the z/OS explorer to submit the reports and view the output. You can customize your CICS PA perspective to include the z/OS Explorer views.
Please see my responses below as we consider these requirements:
1. We are adding a lot more metrics to the HDB templates for CICS Explorer plug-in in CICS PA 5.2 which was announced on 7th Apr and will GA on 13th June. You customize layouts in the CICS PA plug-in to
work with the metrics that are of most interest to you. We have also provided a lot of visualization, charts and help information to enable understanding and reporting of key performance issues. It would be
interesting to get your feedback on some of these enhancements.
2. Have you considered generating the JCL for these reports and saving it away so that you can submit these reports using the z/OS Explorer?. Do you need to build or change these reports on a regular basis
or can set of reports be generated and run on a regular basis.
