This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Z Software products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Thank you for raising this Idea.
We have reviewed this suggestion, and concluded that it is not likely that this enhancement could be implemented in the next 12 months due to other priorities. Consequently, this requirement is not under consideration at this point. The requirement will be kept in our system, however, and might be reassessed in the future. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months' time if you wish it to be reconsidered then.
Thank you for raising this Idea.
In order for us to better understand the impact of this issue, please could you provide the following information?:
How often is the Profiling report is run?
Are the TASKCNT exponential numbers displayed in the Report, Baseline, Delta, or all fields?
The Profiling report provides the Report variances to the Baseline in both Delta, i.e. count, and Change%, therefore how significant and what's the impact of not seeing the actual low order TASKCNT digits, especially in context of such large TASKCNT numbers?
Forms are designed to be used by various reports, thus avoiding the need to have specific Forms for specific reports. The approach means that the Forms support several options, but not all options are supported by all reports that use the Form, an example being Offset/Length are only supported in the Performance List and Summary report and no other report. This ability to specify the same Form in several reports means that we feel that it would not be appropriate to issue warning messages in every report that does not support one or more Form option.
