More precisely SOAP fault text - Internal Server Error

If CICS receives a webservice request and a handler in the service provider pipeline initializes container DFHWS-USERID with a userID, that has been revoked by RACF, CICS returns a SOAP fault text 'Internal Server Error' to the service requester.

The SOAP fault text is not precise. CICS may return this text also for other reasons.
So it's not possible for the service requester application to distinguish and perform a specific error handling for the reason "revoked RACF userID".

CICS should return a more precisely SOAP fault text in case, a webservice was requested in the context of a revoked RACF userID.

    We have assessed this requirement. We have no current plans for this to be implemented and so this requirement is being declined at this point. The requirement will be kept in the RFE system and might be reassessed in the future. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then.
