Just to add more details of the sequence that happens in the "Active Tasks" View related to the RFE 27029, to report why the customer is considering a product defect/failure:
As showed in the screens attached in the RFE:
1) Operator made a selection in the "Active Tasks" View, and received the response for this selection.
2) Operator made another selection entering the name of transaction in the "TASK ID" field because he wanted to use filter based on the name of transaction.
3) CPSM returned to the last selection with filter the following messages:
EYUVC1263E Attribute (TASK) filter contains invalid data.
EYUVC1280I 15 records collected at 01/10/2012 11:26:01.
And presented 15 records of Active tasks satisfying the last filter coded.
4) The operator saw this as the CPSM response for his last selection and made action against the presented results.
The above sequence during the scenario when many business application services are down, and the pressure over the operator likely to cause errors, for example, he is not able to see all words that appers in the view screen.
These are the details of the sequence when the product failures to show the correct response for the filter coded (CPSM said it returned 15 records). It must answer it was 0 records that satisfy the coded filter and show no records.
