Add Back the CICS Explorer Release to CICS Explorer Download Filenames in IBM GitHub

Currently the CICS Explorer Release is no longer part of the Download File name in IBM GitHub. Only the Aqua Release is represented. Understanding that we don't want to extend the file path names we would like to see both the Aqua and CICS Explorer release represented. Maybe an abbreviation: AQ33.0.3, CEX5.5.28?

    Support is also provided with the level of Explorer that supports CICS TS 6.2 which has been announced and will GA June 14th 2024.

    CICS Development: The latest Aqua 3.2 release 32.0.5 (December 8th) and the Aqua 3.3 release 33.0.6 coming on December 15th contain this functionality. The CICS Explorer version numbers 5.5.33 & 5.5.34 respectively are present in the download names.

    CICS Development: This is something we would like to address. The RFE is being moved into 'Planned for Future release' status.
