Allow customiziation of the range of SPI command audit messages DFHAP1900

Beginning with CICS TS 5.1 you can enable auditing of CICS System programming commands (SPI). The only thing to initiate auditing for SPI-commands is activating the TD Queue CADS.
But there always a number of well known tasks which are allowed to use the SPI.
There should be a chance to customize which Transaction or program should not be audited.

    This requirement has been re-assessed. It is not likely that this will be implemented in the next 12-24 months and so it is being declined at this point. The requirement will be kept in the RFE system and might be reassessed in the future. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then.

    Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
    Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

    For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:

    Currently we are auditing with GLUE XEISPIN, where we have full control over the logging criteria and we can reject SPI-Commands as well. But maintaining our exit is tedious.
    May be you could introduce a new attribute like SPIAUDIT(YES/NO) for Ressource type TRANSACTION and PROGRAM.
