Hi,

We would like a warning when an “indexed by” index is used on arrays other than the one it is defined on, when that other array has a different picture clause.

Can we have an array (table) at the 1-level? Not in COBOL 6.2 for z/OS, although I am at a loss to understand why we can not.

This could be done as a new RULES sub-option. Accepting RFE and will be updated once put into plan.
