COBOL DB2 PROCESSOR deficiency

We believe the following issue is not an enhancement but rather a deficiency in the COBOL compiler's attempt to eventually replace the DB2 pre compiler.

The COBOL compiler needs to fully mimic the behavior of the DB2 pre compiler as far as displaying the values found in DSNHDECP.

Using Enterprise COBOL V4.3 and DB2 V10,
We need all settings specified in load module DSNHDECP, found in the STEPLIB / JOBLIB / LLA,
to be echoed in the COBOL compiler listing in the same manner as the DB2 pre compiler listing when the COBOL compiler option NOSQLCCSID is specified

This is no longer a COBOL requirement. Once DB2 passes the compiler a message, it will be included in the compiler listings.

As a result, marking this RFE as delievered. If DB2 still does not pass the compiler a message, please open a new RFE with the DB2 team.

This item is in-line with our multi-year strategy. This RFE will be updated once we put this item in plan.
