User #1 created a profile sending tasks for debugging at terminal X, started debugging, and went to lunch without inactivating their profile.
User #2 logged on, and was assigned terminal X.
User #3 logged on, and ran a task matching the profile. User #2 gets the TIM, without expecting it, and has to call on a power user to locate and inactivate user #1's profile.

If user #1 could specify they want the interface at their terminal _when they are logged on to that terminal_, everyone would be saved the trouble.

    A user can create a DTCN profile (ui or 3270) and include the user id
