Add new "Process Option" to suppress returncode 28 of empty compare and/or search-for

Why we would like to be able to specify a new "Process Option" like EMPTYOK, so that SuperC, SuperCE, Search-For and Search-ForE (ISRSUPC) ends with returncode 0 instead of 28 in case of zero compare or zero search-for (e.g. after filtering).

    Typo correction: The APAR for z/OS 2.3 was OA53254 (not OA52354).

    This RFE is one of a small group which had apparently been set aside incorrectly years ago and subsequently overlooked. We are sorry for the delay.

    ISRSUPC was updated in 2017, a few weeks after ASMFSUPC. The APAR numbers were OA52321 for z/OS 2.1, OA52328 for z/OS 2.2 and OA52354 for z/OS 2.3.

    ASMFSUPC was changed in January 2017 - why is the change of ISRSUPC and ISPF missing for so long?

    ASMFSUPC change being delivered in APAR PI74569. Later the ISPF (ISRSUPC) version will be updated. When I have an apar number I will update this RFE.
