Install HOD 12 on zOS with tar files instead of Installation Manager

Customers are having much difficulty with Installation Manager on zOS. In the later versions of HOD 11, a non-SMPE package was made available where three tar files could be uploaded to the zOS host, then run shell script to extract the files, and you were done with the installation. Need this ability for HOD 12 for customers that do not want to use Installation Manager on zOS.
