IDZ default Property Group values

We need the posibility in idz to set property group default values (for all values of a property group) in the eclipse properties without having any MVS project.

This mean:

If someone is editing a pl/1 source and the source is not associated with a MVS project and not associated with a property group the default property group values should be taken, so that the tooling of all of the idz editors is working with default values without having a property group.

In our case the default will be enough for all files and there will be no need to assosicate a project or a file with a special extra property group.

-> Why do we need this?

1) We don't have any MVS Project, so in our case the tooling would never work. It is not possible to attach a property group.

2) We work with PL/1 Files in Maven Projects in the JavaEE or Java View (so that maven works) here no property groups are available.

3) Property groups are an overhead for us. If there are would be the possibility to set all of the property group values as default values in the normal windows properties this would be fine.
