RELATED IDEAS

Intranet Server so where non-IBM employees can access our Documentation offline.

Currently, IBM documentation can only be accessed and downloaded internally. There is no intranet server for customers to download/configure and customers cannot access the documentation externally.  The current process is to download the IBM desktop application alongside the documentation you wish to download and import it to the desktop application, but customers cannot do this, it still appears to be for IBM employees.
