Sample SCLM RAM need to handle SCLM type extensions

Why it is useful? - The current sample SCLM RAM does not work with type extension and to make it work, a lot of customizations are required for the repository access manager in order to connect to SCLM from IDz. If this change is implemented, the sample SCLM RAM would be able to handle the SCLM type extensions, as they are very common with the enterprises using SCLM as their primary source code manager. This would avoid a lot of additional work on customizing the RAM, something that the teams may not have expertise with.

Who would benefit from it? - Any customer that would like to make use of IDz and are currently using SCLM as their source code manager would be able to use the sample RAM, thereby the adoption of IDz would be very quick and easy for the customers. 

How should it work? - The sample SCLM RAM provided with the IDz product should be able to connect seamlessly to the SCLM with the type extensions defined in their projects
