SOAP Gateway error handling

The SOAP gateway is not handling error states consistent with other mainframe products, which typically produce a single error message when the bad state occurred or changed and a single informational message when the error state has been resolved.

For example, the gateway produces error message IOGC001E every time it fails to connect to IMS Connect (default of every 3 seconds) but never has an informational message that the connection has resumed.

    The requested feature is now available via IMS Enterprise Suite V3.1.0.3 SOAP Gateway. A new information message IOGS4041I has been added to address this issue. Please refer to the SOAP Gateway documentation for further details.
