RELATED IDEAS

IVP and XRST processing

A example of XRST processing across warm starts, cold starts that include the OLDS wrapping using DFSDDLT0 would be very useful. We feel IVP should test SLDSREAD and this can be used to accomplish this.

    Dear Mr. Butterweck:

    Thank you for submitting this IMS enhancement request.

    After a comprehensive review, we regret to inform you that we have determined that at this time this request will not be a candidate for inclusion in an upcoming release because it is not consistent with the product purpose. It is felt that this type of testing activity is beyond the scope of a customer initiated IVP and would be a better candidate for internal system verification testing or product lifecycle testing.  Hence, we have rejected this request.
