This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Z Software products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

CDP / ZLDA only supports a limited subset of SMF102 records. At a minimum, IFCID 145 and IFCID 142 are required; ideally all of the fields within SMF102 are needed. The customer has chosen Splunk as a strategic platform for enterprise log analysis.
There is a security requirement to be able to see who has made updates to specific db2 tables and what this updates were, if someone has been changing audit flags on db2 tables etc.
Today ZLDA is not able to send this SMF102 data.

Hello, now that this has been planned, is it possible to have a target date?
Hi there - the CDP team will plan to support the IFCID 145 and IFCID 142 records. The scope to support all the records within the SMF 102 is too large as there are over 400 IFCIDs. We would reccomend opening up future Ideas for specific IFCIDs as they are needed. Thank you!
