implement a function on omegamon cics

Currently omegamon cics kill the transaction about cpu usage considering the amount of cpu usage for both processor (GP and ZIIP) according to the setting in RLIM. When this function kill jvm transaction cause a malfuction of the cics and it takes a few minutes to be restored. During this period some transactions are lost. Therefore,i asked for new implementation with which  is possible to distinguish cpu usage for each processor (GP anad ZIIP) and setting a threshold each of them.
