IBM z Omegamon for CICS missing capabilities

Poste Italian, an Italian Bank postal office, but also a bank, telephone provider and insurance company, was complaining about the following bullets below:

In the KCPTASHP view, the “Programs” section includes a list of the routines called by each CICS task with details related to timing, but in the “I/O” section, some details are missing for the calls to Db2, MQ, VSAM: type of instruction, the objects involved in the call, which routine actioned the call for each task

In the KCPTSS view, we have the “Shared Temporary Storage Summary” section, but in the KCPSTST view, the list of the queues written in the coupling facility with size and number of items is not available

In the KCPTASH view, when we select a task that was activated by a channel/IP port on a region, the “Related” section does not display the external IP address/port that activated the task

The history file for CICS tasks HLQ.RKC2HIST is limited to 5.500 cylinders (4GB), which is not enough to store 5/7 days of history as Sysview does

It is not possible to produce short-term performance/accounting reports that are currently produced by CA Sysview
