Add ADDVOL capability to SMS Storage Group s

We need an ADDVOL process. Competitor product allows rules in ISPF with various fields to check to determine when to add new volumes to a storage group. They allow one row per storage group. The fields checked are:

Storage group name (do not need to be valid storage groups)
Largest Extent in MB on one volume (4 digits)
How many times Largest Extent (2 digits, default is 01)
Number of empty volumes in storage group (8100MB is empty)
Volume prefixes/Volumes to be excluded. There are 3 exclusion fields that can be 2 to 6 characters

Volume pools are scanned every 20 minutes and if there is a violation, ADDVOL process is kicked off.
