IZOA-CWS- create team-based alerts, instead of individual alerts

Hi IBM, we have a customer that is looking to create team-based alerts, instead of individual alerts. This means that, anyone defined as a team member to IZOA, can browse/edit the alerts created by their team. We don't want to use a shared RACF ID, and ROLES will not satisfy what is being requested.
Instead, we are hoping IZOA offers an option to add teams, and allow those teams to create alerts.

    Thanks for the feedback with how we would want to look at team based alerting within the operations analytics solution. This is a valuable requirement that we are looking to address in multiple ways within the IBM solutions. One example is through the adoption of Chat Ops. Searching for IBM Z Chat Ops will find some more background information. As we look to adopt technology like this, we will be in touch through the IBM team to work with you to ensure we understand your use case and how it could be addressed.
