add control panel to the IZOA Splunk app, where the user can specify index configuration to do an out-of-the-box install

The Splunk IZOA app is made for a single instance Splunk and if you want to roll it out on a cluster you always have to make adjustments. The IZOA Splunk app needs a lot of indexes, but each customer will have their own naming conventions, retention periods, volumes or replications in Splunk and our Splunk team will therefore not accept these kinds of indexes. It is much more dynamic if IBM adds a control panel to the app, where the user can specify index configuration. Those index names can then be put in macro definitions, so that you can deliver the saved searches, dashboards etc all out of the box.

Hi Harry - thanks for this submission. We believe this functionality already exists within our current Splunk macros. Please reach out to me if you need additional support.
