MySQL DB support in RBD EGL

Provide support for using the MySQL Database in RBD EGL.

    Thank you for this input. We agree that is would be good to support this database. The primary reason that we do not already support MySQL is that it is not completely consistent with the other relational databases that we support. Most notably, MySQL does not provide the interfaces needed for the EGL Replace and Delete statements.

    In RBD Community Edition we supported MySQL within those limitations. If we add it to RBD, it would most likely have these same limitations.

    we will consider this enhancement in our planning for future releases. However, it is not in our near-term plans.
