RRSAF support for Rational Cobol Runtime for z/OS

Rational Cobol Runtime should be changed to support SRRBACK
function in RRSAF environment instead of EXEC SQL ROLLBACK.
This means there should be an option to define which DB2 environment is
used: RRSAF or DSN or two runtime libraries, one for DSN and one for
RRSAF environment.
In the current version of Rational Cobol Runtime we get SQL code -927.
SQL code -927 comes from piece of code that is part of Cobol Runtime and
is already linked. We don't have source code for runtime. Cobol runtime
must be changed to support RRSAF DSNRLI interface. With doing so we
would get rid of the sqlcode -927, but we would get an sq code -926
( EXEC SQL rollback can't be used in RRSAF environment if more than one
resource manager is used (DB2 and MQSeries in our case)).
