Configuration Manager needs to support the KD2_OMPE_DSHL parameter for remote configurations

If using the CFM GENERATE action with the KFJ_LOCAL_PLIB_HILEV parameter added in the KCIVARS DD. The GENERATE fails when the RTE configuration has defined the KD2_OMPE_DSHLQ and KD2_OMPE_VSAM_DSHLQ parameters. The KFJ00213E failure messages report the KD2_OMPE_DSHLQ and KD2_OMPE_VSAM_DSHLQ parameters are not supported when using the KFJ_LOCAL_PLIB_HILEV option.


The problem is that the KD2_OMPE_DSHLQ and KD2_OMPE_VSAM_DSHLQ parameters allow only a dataset HLQ name length of 18 characters, while the KFJ_LOCAL_PLIB_HILEV allows 28 characters. These dataset are dynamically allocated by the Omegamon DB2 collector at startup, using either the KD2_OMPE_DSHLQ and KD2_OMPE_VSAM_DSHLQ parameters or the default RTE HLQ. If the default RTE HLQ (specified via the KFJ_LOCAL_PLIB_HILEV) is longer then 18 characters, the KD2_OMPE_DSHLQ and KD2_OMPE_VSAM_DSHLQ need to specify the shorter dataset HLQ.
